How to Make a Microwave Pudding


Do you have guests and do not have time to prepare the desserts? Do your children love flan, but do not want to spend hours cooking in the bathroom? Here is a simple recipe on how to prepare a delicious egg custard in a few minutes, take note:

Ingredients for How to Make a Microwave Pudding:
1. In a saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of sugar and make the caramel. The candy obtained is poured into the microwave mold that we will use to make the egg custard. We put some milk in a glass along with the vanilla, and we put it in the microwave for a couple of minutes, so that the vanilla gives off its aroma.
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the sugar and milk (including vanilla). Mix well and pour the mixture into the mold where we had previously put the caramel. Introduce the mold with the mixture in the microwave and turn it on at a power of 700W-800W for 6 minutes.
3. After 6 minutes the egg custard is ready! We let it cool at room temperature and then we pass it to the refrigerator to get freshness. Now only serve and enjoy the microwave made flan, Bon Appetit!
